The Team

Dr. Landy grew up in New York where she earned a B.S. in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University. She then earned her D.M.D. at The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with honors in Community Oral Health. She was also awarded the Vernon Brightman Research Society Award, the Adrian R. and Regina Kristeller Prize in Radiology, and the Doctors Samuel and Louis Rossman Endodontic Scholarship Fund Award.

After her dental training, she remained at the University of Pennsylvania where she completed her specialty training in Endodontics.

Dr. Landy is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontics.

During her free time, she enjoys trivia games, calligraphy, and cheering for the Baltimore Ravens.

Bonnie has been in the dental field for over thirty years.  She started as a certified dental assistant and has been our office manager since 2004.  Bonnie has experience in all aspects of the dental office and is well versed in dealing with all insurance companies.  Bonnie looks forward to working hand in hand with your office to ensure that your patients have a well informed and pleasant experience.

Michelle started her dental assisting career in 1999 at Nova Southeastern’s College of Dental Medicine.  She transitioned to private practice with Dr. Slingbaum shortly thereafter.  Michelle has been working as his chair side assistant ever since and thoroughly enjoys the new patient experience.  Michelle loves to converse with patients and is in tune to their needs and concerns.

Sabine has been with our practice since she graduated from Dental Assisting School in 2006.  She enjoys meeting new people and is extremely talented as a chair side dental assistant.  Sabine looks forward to working with your office to ensure your patients receive the highest quality care.

Dr. Slingbaum and his family feel right at home in Florida where he was raised and graduated from high school in Cooper City.  Dr. Slingbaum attended Florida State University where he received his B.S. degree in Psychology with minors in Chemistry and Biology.
Dr. Slingbaum received his D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.  He returned to his roots in Florida to continue his education at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine Post-Graduate Program in Endodontics.  He has been in private practice in South Florida ever since.

Dr. Slingbaum is highly involved in Dental Education.  He has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University since 2000.  He is involved with didactic and clinical education at the graduate and post-graduate level. Dr. Slingbaum is the Director of Instructional and Information Technology and Director of Continuing Education for the College of Dental Medicine.  He is currently on staff at Memorial Hospital and has given many lectures locally, nationally, and internationally.

Dr. Slingbaum is affiliated with the following professional dental organizations: American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, South Florida District Dental Association, American Association of Endodontics, Florida Endodontic Association, South Broward Dental Society (Past President, twice), Memorial Dental Study Club, ITI South Florida Study Club.
